Painting the exterior walls is a technical task that ensures all of the above with quality. That is why we list below the tasks that are performed during the repair and painting of the exterior walls of a property:
First, the scaffolding is placed around the perimeter of the building, specifically in the areas that we do not have access to from the balconies. This is followed by the meticulous removal of the peeling paint and all the loose parts of the surface of the exterior walls and the exterior surfaces on the balconies. Then we repair the damage that the plaster and concrete have suffered.
Painting offers protection to the structural elements of the building. So at this stage of the work and in case it is found that in some places the iron reinforcement has been revealed, then grinding is done to remove the corrosion. Then an anti-rust primer is applied and then a special resinous cementitious material is applied to the iron reinforcement. In the remaining damage to the walls with large or smaller cracks, the surface is filled and leveled with putty.
The entire surface of the wall is then ground and then we apply a layer of acrylic primer and finally a branded acrylic paint is applied in two coats for excellent results.
